I think this was originally drawn in 2019? Sketched in a bar, as is our great tradition. That or coffee shops. But traditionally, a pub or bar.

Off and on during the pandemic of the early 2020's, I attempted to learn how to effectively navigate digital art via scanning this lil dude and colouring him in, getting in all the detail I missed because I had to put down the sketching for a while (much easier to wipe down a tablet or phone than a paper sketchbook).

And man, was I bad at it.

No, I didn't look up how to do it properly. I just kinda... kept on trying different things until something looked like it worked. I've since watched some YouTube tutorials, and I gotta say, learning from a video is not for me. I need the in person class experience to upgrade my skills (hence the Carolina Wren)
