I don't know if you're aware, but disability doesn't actually pay. Sure, you can sign up for benefits and live off family money if that's available to you, but sometimes we're not a Roosevelt and there's nothing we can do to make that not the case.
I myself am not swimming in cash. No trust funds, no secret rich grandparent bequeathing me with multitudes. I'm still technically employed (though the longer I remain off the less likely that statement is to be true) but I've long since exhausted any sick pay I had coming to me. I have income protection insurance, but I believe I'm legally obligated not to disclose my... ordeal regarding that, so yeah, not a lot positive stuff happening for me financially.
So you gotta do what you gotta do.
And that, my friends, is what I'm doing. Read on for the details.

Howdy!
TL;DR:
I've joined the Amazon affiliate program.
Not because I'm looking to push products on you, or try to close the sale by leveraging my online presence against anything you've got going on, but because, on the off chance that someone buys something I've recommended or clicks on a link (I honestly don't know how this works, I signed up for it at 5am after 2 hours sleep so I should probably go back and read the fine print), I might get a shiny quarter.
That's 5 bees for those still using 1920's Springfield coinage.
I promise that I will never knowingly recommend an inferior item, or link something just to make money.
Anything I'm posting here about is a genuine thing that's made my life, creative and otherwise, significantly easier.
These are things I tell people about in person.
These are things I get animated about, which usually is limited to things like Supernatural, fanfiction, the right way to build a campfire, shiny rocks, cryptids, and weird cults (you can be a true murder podcast gal, imma stick with cults).
So if you say "woah, dude, I love your bag"... ✨😃✨ I hope you've got 45 minutes, friend-o, because you're getting the full tour while I gush about how I literally adore this dumb thing.
So in the spirit of total transparency, yes I've joined the affiliate program, but I don't even know what that'll do, and I'm not gonna MLM-style sell you stuff just to find out.
Buttered side up,
