This Massive Bag

It literally does everything you need.

You need this, no joke

This bag is deceptively large. It also opens fully so you can see/access everything in it. It's good as a carry-all bag, but really for anything, including art supplies, tablets and related items, chargers, everything.

I can and will post a photo of the bag next to everything I can fit in it, but I'd need to get on the ground to do it, and any time I'm doing anything carpet related my dogs decide that they'd better get involved, despite the fact that

They did not ask me, and
The task at hand requires zero dog intervention

So that's a later thing. But I'll update when I can.

It's got those cords you can pull tight and lock with that plastic piece (like the kind you see on the sleeves of snowsuits) at each side, so you can adjust how "closed" you want it to be. This is great for if you know where something is and you just wanna reach in real quick and grab it.

See the example photo for what I mean. I'm... not 100% on the ball with word recall today. 🙃

Also, the front pocket (left) that I have my lovely Sanrio assistant attached to has 1 larger mesh pocket on the outside-facing wall, 2 smaller pockets on the inner-facing wall (big enough for phones and keys!) and is large enough for me to keep my Epipens in plus more. A+, no notes.

And behold below, the bag unfolded! It's got:

2 mesh pockets at one end as you can see, on the front of a velcro pocket
2 mesh pockets on each long side
A zipper pocket (where I've attached a keyring and my soda can opener, fidget toy and Loop earplugs)
Another velcro pocket behind the zipper pocket
A flat base sewn in (as you can see by the ridges in the middle; there's no stiff board so it's washable) so it sits properly
An inside that's a lighter, different colour than the outside so you can see what you're doing
A stretchy bottle holder (though it only holds, like, thin 500ml bottles)

When empty, you can definitely roll it up and put it in a more different bag. It's also got 3 modes that require zero puzzle skills: Backpack, Shoulder bag, and a carry-on that slides onto the long handle of your luggage were you planning to go anywhere requiring rolling luggage.

Don't @ me. There's no ethical consumption these days, everything is far too nuanced and we know that no one's getting into the good place anyway, so in the meantime my broke self is going to spend the least they can to make life as accessible as possible. Savvy?

Anyway... this bag is a brilliant piece of kit, and honestly, if you've seen it and you've been waffling, just spend the £12 and get it. There's different colours, but my aging goth butt chose black-- and because of the material it technically goes with all of my other shades of black clothing, so I'm set. 😊🖤

If I can find the link I'll update, but until then just try your hand at searching for things like "massive shoulder bag". It's gotta be somewere on there.

Pros

POCKETS!!!
It opens fully, which is great if you're dumb like me and put things in the wrong pockets and then have to open them
Relatively cheap when you consider how awesome it is and its functions
The drawstrings on the side are easily gripped and pushed in even on my bad hand strength days
There's a bottle holder
Comes in a range of colours, but the inside is always light so you can see where everything is
Stretches/opens up perfectly in the seat part of a shopping cart
The back pocket fits my tablet and still allows me to zip it closed 😍
As I mentioned, the drawstrings at the side can be opened without opening the bag itself, so you can reach in blindly and grab whatever you need

Cons

The top zipper isn't the best; you need to make sure you've correctly inserted the thing into the bottom thing before trying to zip otherwise it just kinda... zips but comes apart at the other end (don't worry, you can just unzip it with ease and try it again)
The zipper toggles are small. The loop and clip system/solution I have on a different page definitely makes this a non-issue, but if you're not into that you'll have these tiny things to grip
Yes it has a bottle holder, but it's really difficult to get a larger bottle in there
The bag is light, but as we live with the gravity we do, you may be tempted to fill it to the point that it becomes heavy.
Yes, it's a backpack, but the straps aren't super long, so that might be an unusable feature for some
